  • Classes are available on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:30 PM. Please come in at 7:00 PM if you are new to spinning classes to provide education on how to adjust the bike and be ready to start.

“Hi I’m Keely, I’ve been a personal trainer since 2019, and my passion for wellness has only grown deeper with time. I earned my bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with the intention of going into healthcare—but the more I studied, the more I realized how powerful preventative medicine truly is.

Coming from a holistic background and having worked closely with chiropractors and acupuncturists, I knew I wanted to help people in a more natural, proactive way. Movement is one of the most powerful forms of medicine we have—and it’s accessible to all of us.

Now, I’m here to guide and empower others on their wellness journey, combining strength training, mindful movement, and sustainable habits—rooted in science and designed to get real results. Helping you feel your best from the inside out.
